How to deal with neighbour's pesticide use

Are you being affected by drift from your neighbour's pesticide applications? Some interesting discussion in this piece. Whilst there are legal frameworks in place for agricultural pesticide-drift, unfortunately the same doesn't apply for damage to one's plants, pets or family health as a result of urban pesticide-use. Focus of discussion here is only on herbicides but relevant also for other kinds of pesticide applications including insecticides used to treat ants, or aphids (which are much more of a risk to non-target wildlife and human health, especially that of children)
